The Washburn iCard is the official photo ID card for Washburn University and Washburn Tech. The iCard includes the cardholder’s photo and Washburn Identification Number (WIN). Your first iCard is free and replacements cost $10.
Bring a photo ID (i.e., driver’s license, passport card, military ID) to the Ichabod Service Center to get your iCard. Washburn University is a “one-card” campus, giving you iCard access to various University events and services (i.e., library, The Rec, athletic events, health services). You can purchase Bod Bucks, Dining Dollars or a Commuter Meal Plan onto your iCard for on-campus food/drink.
Dining Dollars, Bod Bucks & Commuter Meal Plan: Purchase Bod Bucks, Dining Dollars or a Commuter Meal Plan at the Ichabod Service Center, with cash, check or credit card. You can also purchase online at washburn.edu/icard, by phone, at Value Transfer Stations (cash to card machines) located in Stauffer Commons and the Law School Library or by mail with check.
U.S. Bank option: Students, faculty and staff can open an account with U.S. Bank and use their iCard as a U.S. Bank card. When you open a U.S. Bank student checking account, it will link to your iCard, making it your WU ID and ATM/Debit Card.
